69 million jobs of future are projected to emerge in the next 5 years*. Large scale job growth is expected in education, emerging technologies skills (e.g., AI & Machine Learning, Data Science/Analytics, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Cybersecurity) and digital commerce and trade. This is projected to create a significant digital skills gap in the Global North.
While in the past, companies brought people to work, technological advances are increasingly causing a shift towards remote work and geographically distributed teams.
A combination of the projected digital skills gap and an increasing acceptance of the use of distributed teams in the Global North is creating new digital export opportunities for the Global South.
We aspire to motivate the top quartile of young adults in the Global South to develop their professional careers in digital-first careers that can help them become a part of the global supply chain for digital skills. Additionally, our ambition is to play a pivotal role in enhancing digital skills of working professionals in the private and public sectors.

Given the objective of gaining international acceptability of ICMA Digital certifications, we have adopted Transnational Education (TNE) approach.
In partnership with internationally credible players, we use global learning content that is taught by an international faculty member or a subject- specialist from the industry.
Accounting & finance subjects are taught in a traditional face-to-face class format. Modelled on international benchmarks, learning of digital skills takes place using live-online classes in which a cohort of learners meet on pre-agreed dates with their assigned subject-matter expert coach.
What sets us apart is our focus on developing job-ready skills. The use of hands-on projects play an important role in developing these skills.
